Castle Manor Academy is situated in Haverhill, 20 minutes east of Cambridge and close to the M11. Our town is developing fast!

We are looking to recruit an experienced Mathematician who has a clear focus, sense of direction and a passion for their subject.  We are seeking a driven, dedicated leader who will engage, enthuse and challenge both staff and students to achieve their best in both teaching and learning. The key focus of this role will be to drive standards and attainment across the whole curriculum area and to develop and support both the students and staff across the Key Stages. The maths team is strong, and committed to developing.

This opportunity would be an ideal first step into leadership for an enthusiastic practitioner who is keen to develop or suitable for an experienced leader, where there would be wider development opportunities. We are part of two local teaching school alliances, and this brings opportunities for excellent CPD.

Our Maths area is well equipped with excellent resources, interactive whiteboards in each classroom and access to technology such as ipads to support learning.

You will be part of a strong, professional, dynamic and welcoming staff team. We invite you to come and take a look around our Academy at any time.
